Darren Tompkins is the founder and CEO of Vader-Rey Companies, a Houston-based group built around recruiting, engineering, workforce solutions and emerging recruiting technology. A U.S. military veteran and longtime business operator, Darren brings a direct, accountable approach to hiring: understand the real business problem, identify the people capable of solving it and communicate clearly throughout the process.
